Delivery Information

Delivery is available for blinds, curtains and curtain hardware purchased through our online store.  Delivery is charged at $12.00 per item, delivered in Australia, including all capital cities and regional centres.  If you live in a remote area of Australia, we reserves the right to quote delivery for your blinds or shutters. Before we proceed with your order we will call you with a quote for delivery.

On average, ready made blinds and curtains will be dispatched within 2-5 business days.  Custom made blinds take approximately 3 weeks for manufacture and delivery.

Please be aware that courier companies WILL NOT CALL PRIOR TO DELIVERY to confirm delivery times for your order. In the event that there is no one there to collect your order, any additional expenses imposed by the courier company will be payable by the customer.
If you give permission for goods to be left at your requested address and not signed for, you will be considered to be the owner of the goods once they have been delivered.

Upon receipt of your order, please check that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If there is any damage, please refuse delivery, and notify us, and the box will be returned to North Shore Shutters.  Please do not attempt to install blinds that have been damaged in delivery, as this will void any warranty claim.
